We are committed to employing local people from within our community, dedicated guards that have the same high standards of professionalism and commitment that our company prides itself on.
North State Security employees are expected to abide by the following:
- Be polite, courteous and well mannered to clients and customers
- To maintain the confidentiality expected when dealing with clients and customers
- Maintain duty of care at all times whilst on duty
- Display a level of professionalism that does not compromise himself or the company
- Maintain equipment and inform management of any faulty equipment that may arise whilst on duty
- Keep security licence and other relevant certificates up to date
Uniforms
While on duty, all officers will wear the company uniform. The uniform consists of navy trousers and a light blue shirt. Security logos are worn on a baseball style cap, epaulettes and sleeves. Company logo is worn on the left hand breast pocket. Guards are also allocated a navy woolen jumper and navy security jacket for the cooler weather. Both have North State Security logo on them. All guards are required to present themselves in freshly laundered and pressed uniforms and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. As part of the North State Security Uniform, it is mandatory that guards carry a notebook and pen.
